基于SRM的矿用电机车调速系统转矩优化研究

Torque optimization of speed regulating system of mine electric locomotive based on SRM

摘要:

针对传统基于开关磁阻电机的矿用电机车调速系统在应用过程中体现出来的转矩脉动大、转速响应慢等问题。提出了一种新型开关磁阻电机调速方法,该方法运用直接转矩控制对开关磁阻电机的转矩进行优化,采用了转矩磁链双闭环控制,实现开关磁阻电机调速系统的直接转矩控制。仿真结果表明,系统在运行过程中具有转矩脉动小、转速响应快的优点。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of large torque ripple and slow reaction speed , which were exposed in the application process of mining electric locomotive speed control system based on SAM (switch reluctance machine),the paper proposed a new method of Switched Reluctance Drive.The method uses direct torque control to optimize switched reluctance motor torque, with the torque flux double closed loop control to realize direct torque control of Switched Reluctance Drive system. The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of small torque ripple and fast speed response In the process of operation.
